However British philosophers to prove their claim of the Adam-Eve story have said that Hinduism and civilization came from outside of India. They were trying to prove that Indian or Hindu culture itself is foreign and therefore accepting the British and Christianity should be an innate quality to the Indian. This is the root of the Aryan Invasion Theory a theory which now is highly discredited in scholarship. Its roots are racist, eurocentric and now completely disproved.
